One of our objectives was to develop materials to support the direct target group (cunsellors, trainers, social workers) as well as the indirect group. These materials were the following: - develop an online training curriculum for counselors and trainers working with women, including modules that can be implemented directly with the stay-home women. - collect and develop a resource guide on the methods as a part of the training material Furher objectives were to achieve the below activities by implementing the combined methodology of the three already mentioned methods followingly: - run a transnational training-of-trainers event for the trainers of the participating countries for 5-5-5 people from each country - run 30 hours of national online training events for women and consultants based on the curriculum for 30 counselors, - trainers, social workers in each country. The main objective was our initial idea achieved with the above objectives: offering new digital self-reflection and career planning opportunities for women, along with counselors of all genders, to enhance the skills of educators in each country, to contribute to the advancement of gender equality.
Our main aim with this project was to strengthen the agency of women, who are reentering the labour force after years of being stayhome mothers as well as to empower them for a more conscious career planning, mostly by strengthening the control about their career and personal goals and personal competencies, as well as assist them in finding a better approach to work-balance harmony. We identified the direct target group of our training course the counsellors, trainers, social workers working with women who face reentering the employment field. Furtherly, these women, including women with lesser opportunities, such as immigrant, refugee, or minority women were the indirect target groups of our project. The initial idea was complemented by a one-year long research to develop principles for using symbolwork, playwork and folk tale work based on study visits and interviews with people concerned who were involved in other trainings organised in the participating countries by partners in Hungary, Poland and Austria as well as on our experiences throughout the implementation of our previous projects. Through this project we made the three methods usable in all three countries, transferred and adapted to local needs and environment.
