1. To provide supports to learners in bridging the gap between Leaving Certificate and third level, allowing them to make better future decisions and preparing them for the world of third level and employment. 2. To provide course specific work placement and job opportunities for learners. We will specifically place our learners in settings of their choice/strength's, in conjunction with our hosting partner in Malaga. 3. Erasmus travel will boost a learner’s CV and helps them in the job market; with skills like adaptability, taking initiative and proactivity. 4. When learners are in an unfamiliar place, far from your comfort zone, they have no option but to learn how to deal with unexpected situations. In these cases, they will have to believe in their capacity to face and solve any problems they might encounter. 5. Learners will gain international and intercultural competencies, as well as cultural awareness. One of the benefits of Erasmus is to learn how to be open-minded towards other people.
