The general objective of the LEAF Project was to create a digital platform aimed at the transmission of skills in the field of Green professional profiles, with the specific focus on the Green Marketer professional profile. This platform has been structured around the following requirements: usability, flexibility, interactivity, modular structure to allow its inclusion in more complex training paths, adaptability to different contexts of education, training and education. Therefore, other specific objectives that have been taken into consideration and are considered to be achieved are: - Development of a training product capable of responding quickly to the needs of the labour market in the area of Green skills. - To provide training providers/trainers with new innovative/interactive tools to train the beneficiaries of VET interventions.
The project addressed the needs of the participating organisations and target groups as described below. PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS - All Partners expressed the need and interest, at various levels, in creating an innovative didactic tool that would allow the inclusion in training programmes of specific skills related to Green professional profiles, specifically Green Marketing. The LEAF Project supported this need through the development, experimentation and sharing of the platform and the materials it contains, following the actual experimentation and training on the contents of the Network Boomerang Platform. TARGET - TRAINERS: In order to respond to the demands of the labour market and therefore of training operators, the LEAF project, by promoting a specific method for training in Green skills, will facilitate the future teaching of these skills, expanding the set of knowledge and skills and the professional curriculum of teachers/training operators. TARGET - FINAL BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRAINING COURSES: Not directly involved in the LEAF Project, adults and/or young adults who will be trained in Green competences will benefit from the whole process of analysis, creation and implementation of the developed methodology.
