The Erasmus KA1 project aimed to boost MoCa Future Designers' consultancy services by enhancing our team's expertise in critical areas. Our objectives included deepening our understanding of diversity and inclusion to better support our clients, improving English language skills for more effective communication in international settings, advancing digital competencies to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our consultancy practices, and refining public speaking abilities to enhance our presentation and engagement strategies. Additionally, we sought to gain insights into European project management through job shadowing, enabling us to better support our clients in navigating EU-funded projects and opportunities. These objectives were crucial for reinforcing our role as a leading consultant in socio-educational and cultural innovation.
MoCa "Future Designers" is a social enterprise specializing in consulting services for organizations within the socio-educational and cultural sectors. Our mission is to guide these organizations in anticipating and managing change to enhance their market positioning and explore new opportunities. As a spin-off of the University of Florence, we offer services such as needs analysis, impact assessment, and innovative project development. The Erasmus KA1 mobility project aligns with our goal of improving our consultancy capabilities by providing our team with international exposure and specialized training. Through mobility activities in Portugal, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, and Belgium, we aimed to address key areas including diversity and inclusion, English proficiency, digitalization, public speaking, and European project management.
