Promotion of Gender Equality and Strengthening of Human Resources: The organization is actively engaged in activities aimed at adults to raise awareness about gender discrimination in entrepreneurship, simultaneously involving the association's members in these themes. Volunteers play a central role in promoting financial education as a tool for empowerment, aiming to enrich human resources through more effective educational policies for the recruitment and management of adult volunteers, thus ensuring the continuity and efficiency of long-term initiatives. Development of Staff and Project Manager Skills: The organization focuses on developing the skills of its members and internal project managers in the design and management of strategic partnership projects in the field of adult education, with particular attention to adult women. This objective includes the integration of local and national interventions in Erasmus+ strategic partnership projects. Strengthening of the European Network: The organization is actively working on strengthening its European network, developing and consolidating contacts and collaborations.
Absentia, through the EUFEGE project, commits to enhancing its awareness and competence regarding gender discrimination in the entrepreneurial sector, aiming to promote awareness of this issue through financial education. The primary goal is to initiate an empowerment process in support of women entrepreneurs. The project is designed to be inclusive and targets not only established entrepreneurs but also those who are at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey and aspire to develop such a career. Our organization intends to generate positive impacts and create opportunities both within the local network and at the international level, actively contributing to the promotion of entrepreneurship, sustainability, financial and social development, eliminating all forms of gender discrimination at all levels.
