Trough this project we achieved the following objectives: - Strengthening the soft and social skills of adult NEETs learners participating in the Social Hackademy - Strengthening the ability to use the IT and digital skills of adult NEETs learners involved in the training for social innovation - Capacity building of trainers to coordinate collective processes through training on facilitation in group processes - Promoting innovation within our organization through the observation of the work of an experienced reality in this area and the exchange of best practices - Strengthening the inclusive, open and tolerant approach to diversity of our employees and our organization
Our organization has been engaged in adult education for more than a decade. Since 2016, with the Social Hackademy workshop, we reached out to hundreds of learners in fragile situations (unemployed and unemployable, migrants and people with disabilities, NEETs), who benefited from an innovative workshop and experiential training course that could jointly promote both digital and soft skills development. With this project, we intended to further strengthen our training aimed at NEETs, broadening the scope of skills learned by students, training our trainers, implementing our organization's international relations, and expanding the skills and capacities of our staff and our organization in terms of social innovation, inclusion, and management of participatory processes.
