Objectives

Through the implementation of this project, we successfully achieved the following key outcomes, directly aligned with our initial objectives:enhance language proficiency;in fact, students were able to significantly enhance their foreign language proficiency beyond a classroom setting. The immersive and practical environment required them to use their language skills for daily communication, project collaboration and cultural exchange. As a result, we observed a marked improvement in their fluency, vocabulary and confidence when speaking English. The project also proved highly effective in fostering a deeper cultural understanding among our students. By interacting directly with peers from other European countries, they gained insight into different perspectives and ways of life. This experience was instrumental in cultivating a strong sense of European identity and citizenship, as students learned to appreciate shared values while celebrating cultural diversity. The project activities, focused on the project's themes, allowed them to connect with the richness of Europe's history and traditions on a personal level and provided a transformative learning experience that went beyond traditional academic lessons.
