By producing individualized digital games and materials that develop the cognitive, affective and motor aspects of individuals with special needs; we wanted to help them gain and develop academic, self-care, communication and social skills. We wanted to take part in the process of creating individual digital materials and digital education pedagogy that will attract their attention by providing their perception and motivation and support their permanent learning. We carried out activities that mobilized non-school institutions and target audiences. We wanted to raise awareness about the necessity of cooperation between different disciplines and institutions in this field. We wanted to realize barrier-free school stages and contribute to equal opportunities. We wanted to make our parents a more active component in the digital transformation and digital education process in special education. By internalizing EU values in our institutions; By providing capacity development with digital transformation, contributing to a more digital EU society and providing equal opportunities to disadvantaged groups; We wanted to carry out activities that include the society for a sustainable, inclusive digital education process.

For this purpose, we applied to this project to take part in the process of creating individual digital materials that will attract their attention and support their permanent learning by ensuring their perception and motivation. We increased our institutional capacity within the scope of special education and digitalization. We designed a digital special education pedagogy plan and created a digital school culture. We prepared the annual action plan for digital transformation. We worked on the "Barrier-Free School Model" plan and started to implement it. We have created products with digital tools for game-focused individual course content. We have created personalized portfolios, guides and scales with digital tools for measurement and evaluation. We have created courses and applications that will activate the family with digital education applications. We organized digital concept (digital literacy, digital citizenship, privacy, security...) events every month.
