The application was raised to continue to build on the success of the 2022 application which in turn was based on the accreditation of a previously unaccredited programme and the implementation of a pilot programme comprising two intakes. The support received from established NGOs in collaboration for the development of best practice case studies during the programme was very motivational. Once accredited by the national regulator the programme was promoted in Malta and Cyprus and received positive feedback from the NGO sector in both countries. The project was implemented smoothly reflecting the excellent collaboration between the consortium partners, Advenio eAcademy, SoS Malta and CARDET Cyprus. This successful collaboration in 2022 thus served as the basis for requesting the 2023 project to continue to build on what had already been achieved.
