Volunteering and Voluntary work have proven to be a very important area in European civil society. Learning, competence, skill development and interactivity between people have never been more in demand in these turbulent times Europe is going through today. The experience from the pandemic clearly showed the outside world the essential role volunteering has for people, between people and for important and necessary social tasks. Unfortunately, the voluntary sector was not spared the effect of social isolation in 2020. This negatively affected the voluntary participation of citizens across Europe. Voluntary organizations across Europe were strongly affected by declining participation post-pandemic. And here it was necessary to "RE-enforce" the sector. Something is still relevant, especially in uncertain and crisis-ridden times in Europe. With a good knowledge of common continental challenges already mentioned, but with different national structures and organizational forms of the voluntary sector in each participating country in this project. There was an indisputable agreement to expose "The unconscious values" volunteering brings to individuals, democracy and society.
