We aimed to investigate processes and methods in the participating schools and in our obligations to apprentices in local companies. From this, we wanted to share and enhance activities already identified in the participating organizations. In addition, we would examine experiences from non-participating schools to share and discuss processes and results. One underlying objective was to establish a base for a larger project following and being based on the results of this project. In addition it was of common interest to rejuvenate and enhance network between the participating partners to ensure good quality project deliverables, smooth project management and create a good basis for future cooperation.
The project was initiated based on common needs between institutions having a long-lasting relationship. We all had initiated processes to enhance our student’s mental wellbeing and better their learning outcome and knew that working together across nations would enhance our efforts and give better results.
