To enhance the competences of our teachers, we aimed to improve their digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing digital tools within the classroom setting. This encompassed acquiring expertise in emerging technologies and mastering their seamless integration into instructional methodologies. By participating in job shadowing and receiving training in Antalya, our goal was to observe and acquire knowledge from schools that effectively included digital education. This experience provided us with a direct observation of how digital technologies can improve the process of teaching and learning.Our objective was to amplify student involvement and motivation in the learning process by implementing digital tools and methodologies. We held the belief that the implementation of innovative pedagogical approaches would result in classrooms that are more engaging and dynamic. Our aim was to investigate innovative teaching approaches and tactics that employ digital resources to enhance student performance. This involved devising strategies to integrate technology into many academic disciplines and instructional designs.
The use of technology in the classroom was the primary emphasis of our KA122 Erasmus project on professional development for educators. By investigating and comprehending efficient use of digital technology in educational contexts, we hoped to improve the educational experience for instructors and students alike. In order to accomplish this, we went to Antalya and watched how digital education was implemented in a school setting. This taught us a lot about the advantages and disadvantages of using digital tools in the classroom, as well as how they were really used. Also, we took a training session that helped us become more proficient in using technology in the classroom. Through a mix of training and work shadowing, we were able to get an in-depth knowledge of the most recent developments and recommended practices in online education. We jumped at the chance to provide educators with cutting-edge digital resources since our company is dedicated to raising educational standards. We showed our commitment to keeping up with technology developments and enhancing teaching methods by taking part in this project.
