Background

We are a small public elementary school where, through the implementation of the project, we wanted to see a decrease in the level of aggression and hurtful behavior, an increase in openness and concentration in students. The project entitled. “FOKUS for concentration and education” was the first Erasmus+ project implemented in our school. During its duration, 2 teachers had had the opportunity to participate in an international training on improving concentration skills by implementing mindfulness elements, improving digital skills and developing English language skills. 28 students actively participated in group mobilities at the Mpakogiani partner school in Greece learning about the benefits of mindfulness art, taking part in activities and networking with their peers while achieving the mobility goals. Students also attended lectures on safe ways to use the Internet. In addition, 3 teachers participated as chaperones during the students' group mobility. The mobility activities were preceded by preparatory activities such as linguistic, pedagogical and cultural preparation.
