The main aim was to support teachers by motivating them to improve their professional skills and competences. Firstly, we would like to help them to deal with stress and teach them how to deal with their well- being. One of the aims was also to improve the language skills, what would increase the European abilities of school. It was our intention to increase teachers’ motivation and improve their professional qualification by participating in this project. Teachers had learned new methods of dealing with stress and difficult and challenging situations. One of our aims was to teach them how to deal with burnout. The knowledge gained by teachers of how to look after their own well -being and others could help us to create workshops for teachers, where they can exchange their knowledge and experience. Improving English could help teachers to research for an innovation in overseas pedagogy publication. We would like to improve the quality of teacher’s work, especially the one, who works with students with SEN. This could help us to improve the quality of schoolwork.
