As a result of the project implementation, the following goals were achieved: 1. Increasing the knowledge and skills of 30 youth civic leaders in the field of personal competences, including interpersonal skills, building cooperation, influence and sense of agency, IT, self-management activity (including physical activity); implementing participatory activities involving youth from the community and representatives local institutions through comprehensive preparation for civic activity, including local animation and construction dialogue and cooperation with the community and institutions. 2. Increasing participatory activity and awareness of the importance of social and civic involvement 45 youth representatives - 30 youth leaders and 15 people involved in the third stage of the project (supporters), including based on the acquired knowledge and skills in self-organization and implementation-oriented cooperation participatory activities involving the city's youth. 3. Increasing participatory involvement and the sense of influence on the decisions of local authorities of 45 representatives youth - 30 youth civic leaders and 15 support people as a result of increased self-esteem being needed and establishing cooperation with decision-making institutions in the development of principles of cooperation in making local decisions, which increases trust in institutions and motivation to cooperate with them scope of participatory activities.
