The main aim of the project was to develop the partners' knowledge and skills in the correct definition of learning outcomes and methods for their verification in adult education. The project focused on non-formal adult education, which is an ongoing activity of both partners. The aim of the project was achieved by collecting information and good practices on the correct definition of learning outcomes and jointly developing educational materials, testing them and promoting them inside and outside the partners' structures The partnership project allowed the partners, who work daily with adults, to strengthen their training competencies. As a result of the project, the partners acquired new skills, improved their assessment and verification methods of adult learning outcomes, and enhanced communication with their clients. Better preparation for trainers and educators was made possible through international exchange of experiences and knowledge within the framework of the partnership project. Consequently, the partners were able not only to develop their competencies but also to support adults more effectively in their learning process.
Partners observed that although the idea of learning outcomes has been implemented at the policy level, there is still a lack of uniform standards in adult education practice. The project aimed to provide educators with knowledge and resources that allow for a more systematic and objective approach to defining and verifying learning outcomes. At the same time, learning outcomes-based education enables the development of flexible and modular educational programmes, which increases inclusiveness and allows participants to have more control over their own educational process. Thanks to the project, educators will be better equipped to support individual learning pathways, which is particularly important in the context of adult learners. The project thus fills a gap in the market, i.e. it provides knowledge and materials on how to correctly define learning outcomes in adult education. The partners also used the small-scale project to develop their own organisations, competences and to establish new international partnerships. The project was highly responsive to the needs of the Leader and the Partner, and the products developed helped to increase capacity and expand their activities in the field of adult education.
