The main goal of our project was to improve the competence of job intermediaries and career advisors in preventing and combating discrimination and bullying of people with disabilities. Thanks to the implementation of the project, these people had the appropriate qualifications and knowledge, which allowed for the reduction of these phenomena and the increase of social skills of people with disabilities, such as assertiveness, self-confidence, and a sense of security.
The implementation of the project was important to us for the sake of people with disabilities. Every day we encounter the problems of these people which is bullying. Often people with disabilities do not know where to go and how to cope. That is why it was so important for us to implement this project. We wanted to raise awareness among people working with disabled people to minimize bullying in the workplace. Thanks to the realization of the project, a training model has been developed, thanks to which it will be possible to raise the competence of staff working for people with disabilities in the area of vocational activation.
