The goal of the project's implementation was to develop an innovative and replicable educational model that could be adapted by other institutions and regions, which uses modern digital tools and technologies in music education, applying innovative, digital and participatory methods and approaches. The project aimed to develop flexible and learner-centered vocational education and training programs. An important element was also the initiation and subsequent consolidation of cooperation between the three partners from Poland and Estonia. In practice, it was planned to develop various tools and specific toolboxes as a result of the work of the Think-Tank established within the project, as well as to prepare a handbook documenting the activities carried out in the form of a handbook. The expected results of the project included the creation of innovative digital educational programs at all partners, which would realistically respond to market demands and be attractive to the audience. Stable and long-term cooperation between the partners was also planned.
Today, there is an ever-growing demand among musicians, both thoroughly trained and self-taught, for detailed information on how to turn their efforts into a professional, sustainable career. The task seems serious enough to require a constantly updated perspective. The music industry has always been driven by advances in technology. What was a good business model just a few years ago is becoming obsolete today. What is in line with current trends today tomorrow may need to be rethought and adapted. Musicians who want to function in today's business cannot ignore digital tools and trends. This is one of the many reasons that inspired us to pursue a project whose main goal was not just to impart up-to-date knowledge to younger generations of musicians, but rather to create a meta-framework for an educational program that can be forward-looking, constantly automatically updated and provide both the latest digital perspectives and deep personal insights. Such a universal, adaptable responsive framework for delivering music business education could ultimately determine the survival and growth of the music market.
