We developed a multilingual Entrepreneurial Coaching Platform (LINK) with 10 structured modules aligned with GreenComp, DigComp, and EntreComp frameworks, featuring interactive multimedia, forums, quizzes, and downloadable resources, pilot-tested by over 200 participants. Additionally, we created the Green and Digital Business Plans Toolkit (LINK) comprising 12 non-formal educational activities and sustainable business templates. A structured LTTA in Portugal trained 20 youth practitioners who then delivered local training to 250 youth across partner countries. Two TPMs (Romania, Lithuania) facilitated effective coordination, project management, and quality control. Five multiplier events engaged over 100 stakeholders, ensuring widespread dissemination. Continuous dissemination included a project brochure, four newsletters, regular social media updates, and publishing results on EPRP, Salto Youth, and EPALE. https://epale.ec.europa.eu/en/blog/entrepreneurships-future-green-and-digital https://www.salto-youth.net/tools/toolbox/tool/future-toolkit.5000/ https://www.salto-youth.net/tools/toolbox/tool/future-entrepreneurial-coaching-platform.4999/
We applied for this project motivated by the critical need to support the development of digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills among youth, particularly following the significant increase in youth unemployment caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. With around 3 million young Europeans out of work due to the pandemic, we identified an urgent need for education and training resources capable of equipping youth practitioners to address these challenges effectively. The consortium recognized the growing importance of green entrepreneurship and digital competence in driving economic recovery and innovation. However, despite European policy initiatives and frameworks such as EntreComp, DigComp, and GreenComp, our research and internal focus groups revealed a clear lack of structured, accessible, and practical educational resources addressing these competencies. FUTURE aims to equip youth workers with blended educational resources, specifically designed to empower young entrepreneurs, especially NEETs and those with fewer opportunities. Our needs analysis also emphasized that youth practitioners required practical resources aligned with current labour market demands, ensuring sustainable employability and entrepreneurial capabilities
