Objectives

O1: To encourage entrepreneurship as a means of promoting equal opportunities, social inclusion and improved employability prospects for young people. O2: To promote the capacity-building of youth workers in order to improve their work with young people in the areas of social inclusion and employability, particularly by fostering entrepreneurial competence. O3: To provide young people with a set of tools enabling them to develop their entrepreneurial competence and create their own personal projects, including in the field of employment.

Background

We applied for this project because we identified a clear need to strengthen young people’s social inclusion, employability and entrepreneurial spirit, in a European context marked by economic and social instability, digital transformation and rapid changes in the labour market. Many young people continue to face increased difficulties in the transition to adult life, in accessing employment and in building sustainable professional pathways. LET’S FIND ENTREPRENEURS? sought to respond to concrete needs: Combat youth unemployment and exclusion; Support young people in situations of vulnerability, demotivation or personal and professional transition; Strengthen the capacity of youth workers to address these dimensions; Provide practical tools to help young people develop entrepreneurial, social and professional competences. Thus, LFE was born from the conviction that entrepreneurship can be an effective tool to promote equal opportunities, autonomy, active participation and better employability prospects for young people.
