The BAM project aimed to enhance the employability of young people, particularly NEET youth, by equipping them with personal branding and digital self-promotion skills. The goal was to bridge the gap between youth competencies and employer expectations by providing practical training on branding, networking, and online presence. The project sought to develop accessible and structured learning tools, including an interactive online course and a comprehensive manual for youth workers. These resources aimed to empower young people to effectively market themselves in the digital job market, improve their LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and portfolios, and gain confidence in self-presentation. Additionally, BAM aimed to support youth workers and educators by offering them ready-to-use training materials, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact. The project ultimately contributed to reducing youth unemployment and employment mismatches across Europe.
