Background

We decided to apply for this project because, at the level of our organization, we identified the need to internationalize the activity, to improve the training knowledge of the adult trainers that APD Club Buzau has, the skills, the entrepreneurial knowledge, the use of tools digital technologies, new digital technologies, advocacy and environmentally friendly behavior in business as well as in the life of the organization We also identified the need of our vulnerable learners (unemployed, socially assisted persons, Roma, persons with economic difficulties or socially assisted persons, etc. ) to develop their pre-preneurial knowledge and digitization in entrepreneurship, in order to increase their standard of living and social inclusion. To solve this problem, I considered that the best approach is to use the opportunities offered by Erasmus+, by participating to European mobility, within KA1-ADU. I chose this solution, due to the beneficial effects that I observed from the participation in this program of other organizations, with a similar profile, for their members but also for civil society in general.
