Objective 1 To increase by at least 60% the number of trainers of the association, who have the competencies necessary to use inclusive education methods for Roma adults, to implement a parental education program, ensure equal opportunities for education, and prevent school dropout Objective 2 To develop a minimum of 60 % of the management for the parental education program ( Roma ethnic group ), for 2 trainers participating in job-shadowing mobility and for at least 20 other trainers of the Renato Association Objective 3 To create a sustainable framework for parental education, with elements of Inclusive Education (Center, "Hearts in unison") for at least 40 vulnerable adults, Roma, and 20 workers from the cultural homes in the communities where we intervene Objective 4 :To internationalize the Renato Association, through the development of partnerships, including E+KA2, promoting the parental education program in at least 3 exchanges of good practices, in an informal international networking
