Objective 1: Development of advanced facilitation skills in the field of active citizenship and participation in democratic life, supporting the increase in the quality of non-formal education for adults, for 8 experienced trainers aged 20-30, throughout the project. Objective 2: Increase the percentage/number of non-formal adult education facilitators, aged 20-30, in the field of "Active citizenship and participation in democratic life," throughout the project. Objective 3: Development of entrepreneurial and management skills for the management team (non-teaching staff), to ensure the sustainability of the project and increase its impact among adults, the final beneficiaries, throughout the project.
In over 13 years, Asociația Gutenberg has organized 128 projects: 56 local, 54 national, and 18 international, while participating in 47 others as partner or participant. We engage Romanian nationals and individuals learning German, actively involved in civil society and personal development. Based on the collection and analysis of the beneficiaries' needs in the field of "Non-formal education and personal development for adults," we identified three main needs of adults. Need 1: The need for the development of advanced facilitation and teaching skills on the topic of "Active citizenship and participation in democratic life" for active trainers in adult education, to improve the quality of non-formal education for adults. Need 2: The need to increase the number of active facilitators in the field of non-formal adult education, specializing in "Active citizenship and participation in democratic life," to enhance the opportunities for non-formal education for adults. Need 3: The need to scale initiatives and programs in adult education to create and maintain self-sustainable and efficiently managed educational opportunities.
