The project proposal was created based on the needs identified through external evaluation and self-evaluation. Newly acquired knowledge from the areas in which we trained teachers are already actively applied in direct work with students and transferred to other team members through horizontal professional training. The implementation of the project raises the level of tolerance and respects diversity. Applying newly learned techniques, teachers help students improve their social skills, communicate more successfully, and solve problems without mutual conflicts. With their newly acquired soft skills, teachers motivate students more successfully, which creates an environment in which learning is fun and hard. The classes are more varied, interesting and comprehensive. The school, as such, is more attractive for new students and will produce better quality staff. At the international level, we will get references that will provide us with new projects and partners.
We applied for this project because we recognized that it provides an opportunity for participants to develop professionally and personally, improve language and communication skills, acquire new management skills and learn new techniques for solving problem situations using soft skills. We are back with new tools ready to create an environment conducive to learning, that is a safe and secure surrounding to encourage personal, professional and social development of students and teachers through developed collaboration at all levels. The mission and vision of the school is to approach European standards and raise the quality of the institution. In an institution where everyone has something opportunity to be successful, we create a climate in which intellectual curiosity and mutual respect are achieved. Ours students will be thus empowered to be competitive in the labor market. We took the opportunity to promote our school, culture and country of origin.
