The ALL4-3D project pursued three key objectives aimed at enhancing expertise and promoting social inclusion of young people with disabilities in a digitalized environment. The first objective was to upgrade the professional profiles of experts working with young people with disabilities, with a focus on the use of 3D technology. This was intended to equip professionals with advanced skills that enable them to effectively support the inclusion of young people with disabilities in the modern labor market. The second objective was to promote social inclusion and improve the employability of people with disabilities, which we achieved by integrating innovative digital tools such as 3D printing. The third objective focused on developing sustainable solutions that contribute to environmental responsibility, through the use of biodegradable materials and recycling. These activities were aimed at achieving a comprehensive improvement in the position of young people with disabilities in society, while also creating sustainable impacts on the environment and the labor market.
The needs of VET/ADULT trainers to acquire new digital entrepreneurial and green skills and to become digitally confident and competent to introduce 3D-P technologies in the teaching of people with disabilities, to enrich their teaching tools, material and methodologies and practices targeting people with disabilities thus supporting them to enter the labour market with relevant skills needed and to create new synergies, share good practices, learn from others and promote common targets and aims. Addressing the needs of people with disabilities, specifically enhance their skills targeted to the labour market needs to support their inclusion and participation in the labour market, to empower them with self-confidence, creativity and motivation to participate in upskilling opportunities for the acquisition of 3D-P skills.
