By implementing this project, we aimed to achieve two key objectives: - To increase the competencies of professionals and managers through the support of creativity and the elimination of negative phenomena in education in the labor market. - To explore cultural diversity and innovations in education and their forms, and through a synergistic effect, to support the growth of the organization in professional, community, autonomous, and networking aspects. The goal was to support the growth of the organization, to create an environment suitable for professional development, and at the same time, a stable environment in terms of the safe management of the organization and the educational process. We also focused on supporting the creative and innovative linking of disciplines in which our employees work, to provide quality education for our target client groups.
The NGO myJUMP.sk was established in 2019 in Bratislava. The main goal of the association is to provide counselling and educational activities related to changes in the lives of individuals and groups. In 2022, the organization experienced significant growth, not only in terms of professionalization but also in terms of the number of employees. While in the past, it operated predominantly as a volunteer organization, it has expanded its activities from the psychological field to include pedagogy and andragogy, human resource management, cultural and creative industries, entrepreneurship, and physical health. A key challenge for the organization is rapid personnel growth, which leads to increased pressure on managerial and financial responsibility, as well as responsibility for the quality of education. Another challenge is supporting the creative and innovative linking of various scientific disciplines while maintaining the community character and international reach of the organization (KA122-ADU-36E2874D).
