Consequently, the proposed training for youth leaders and youth workers has two parts: The first course (July 2020) focuses on youth workers' personal development through an experience of Embodiment and Mindfulness, with a specific focus on self-awareness and community building. Each participant will have an opportunity to experience coaching sessions with a trained coach (Martin Gbur) to understand the philosophy of coaching and how methods used in coaching can help everyone's personal growth but also how coaching methods can be used to lead a youth group. The second course (November 2020 in Slovakia ) will be a Training in which encourages participants to immediately translate the new knowledge and skills into educational activities. Concretely, in small groups, they will plan and facilitate sessions on topics and tools from the field of Mindfulness and Embodiment for community building and wellbeing among youth. And they will evaluate how they managed to use coaching in group work and they will continue to work on their coaching skills.
