Through this project, we aimed to enhance the digital skills of youth workers and integrate digitalization effectively into the operations of civil society organizations. By strengthening the capacity of organizations working in the field of youth to utilize digital tools, we raised awareness about incorporating digitalization into non-formal learning processes. The primary objectives of our project were as follows: To develop the digital skills of youth workers and improve their capacity to apply these skills in practice. To analyze successful digitalization models in partner countries and facilitate their adaptation to other countries. To create sustainable roadmaps for the digital transformation processes of youth organizations. To ensure that young people and youth workers understand digitalization processes and actively participate in them. To foster a multicultural learning environment among participants, thereby strengthening the sense of European citizenship. In line with these objectives, various trainings, workshops, and international cooperation activities were conducted throughout the project. As a result, digital skills were developed both individually and institutionally, and these skills were effectively implemented.
