Unemployment and poverty are still very crucial problems nowadays. In order to prevent this problem, it is a must to support the civil society and include the civil society in the sustainable development plans. And in order to provide this, it is necessary that the civil society and the institutions working in the field of youth develop more effective strategies and be active in the field of social entrepreneurship. The main aim of this project is to support the NGOs beside the governments in the developing and changing social structure of nowadays and to increase the effect of their contribution that they can do so with employment and social contributions. It has been aimed to explain deeply the concept of social entrepreneurship to the youth workers working in NGOs with this project. Besides, it will be ensured that the knowledge and skills of these people regarding entrepreneurship will rise to the highest level. The biggest problems of the NGOs are inadequacy of financial resources and the volunteer profile not being used efficiently. It has been planned to transfer the financial resources to the youth workers that they can use in the field of social entrepreneurship in this project. It has also been planned to share a model regarding the development of volunteer management approaches in order to apply this model more effectively. The main aim of our project is to understand the importance of social entrepreneurship and empower the function and institutional capacities of non-governmental institutions based on social entrepreneurship and non-formal learning. The effective usage of the empowerment in the struggle against poverty and marginalization in the European Union has also been aimed in the content of the project. Aims that have been determined apart from those aims; Understanding the concept of poverty better and ensuring the support of the policies developed regarding to the poverty by the civil society, Ensuring the decrease of the level of poverty in Turkey and the European Union, Increasing the awareness regarding to the European Union 2030 targets and making it easier to reach these targets, Dissemination of the concept of social entrepreneurship in societies, Increase of the awareness regarding to supports to the social entrepreneurship, Supporting the NGOs so that they use their low financial powers more effectively, Transmitting the social entrepreneurship work to larger mass, Increasing the capacities of NGOs regarding to social entrepreneurship, Increasing the current competencies of the youth workers regarding to entrepreneurship, Publishing a booklet that will guide civil society institutions and youth workers regarding to social entrepreneurship, Increase of the effective role of the social entrepreneurship on the eradication of poverty in the long term, Supporting the arise of more different social entrepreneurship applies in Turkey and in the European Union, Increasing the visibility of the Erasmus+ programme and the understanding of the opportunities that it provides related to the entrepreneurship, Developing the volunteer management approaches of the NGOs and using the social entrepreneurship volunteer management model more effectively by developing it.
