-Our project is a training project in which youth workers share their knowledge and experiences on Digitalisation, Erasmus+ and Volunteering. -Within the scope of our project, it is observed that especially our young people, who had to stay at home during the pandemic, use digital media too much, and this situation still continues intensively. Long-term inactivity of young people causes problems in their joints and spine, and obesity is increasing with unbalanced nutrition. -In order to solve these problems, Asociacija "Aidinti karta", one of our partners, is an organisation that works seriously on digitalisation. The youth workers from this organisation who will come to our project will provide us with digitalisation trainings, so that we will have a quality training with mistakes, problems and solutions. - As Antalya Youth Centres, we will provide training to the youth workers coming within the scope of the project about the values, investments and volunteering given to young people in our country, -After 2019 was declared as the year of volunteering by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, a short race started between youth centres in order to train volunteer youth, assign them to activities and ensure that they are active, this race was used to reach more young people, and now we have thousands of volunteer youth in Antalya. -As a ministry, if university students work voluntarily and actively in the Youth Centres, they started to stay without paying the loan scholarship and dormitory fees, which gives young people the chance to come to us and plan and implement activities together. -With the project I share my experience, youth workers serving young people will come together with youth workers doing the same job in different countries and share their experiences with each other. -This sharing will follow the work and transactions of the people who will take part in the activities planned within the scope of the project, the approach of the youth worker to the young people, how they implement the activities with young people, how they are involved, and how they share their experiences by telling us about the positive and negative outputs at the end of the activity. -With our project, we will enable youth workers to develop, gain new knowledge and friends, come together with people from different languages, religions, races and cultures to do activities and see each other's experiences and gain experience. -With our project, it is among our goals for Youth Workers to see different cultures, to improve themselves, to make new friendships, to learn new approaches to young people, to learn solutions for digital addiction, to gain experience and experience by seeing the activities and projects carried out by the people participating in the project. -After the end of the project, the experiences gained will be shared primarily with the youth workers in the youth centres where they work, and they will have the chance to apply these experiences in the new activities and projects they will carry out with young people. -New knowledge and experience will enable the youth worker to create new ideas and act more confidently and reliably in the activities. Young people will also be happy to be involved in new and different activities other than the usual activities. -Youth workers who have gained advanced experience with our project will look at young people and the future with more hope. -They will make new transnational projects with young people and will bring added values to young people through youth exchanges.
