Objectives

The primary aim of our project was to provide youth workers with experiences that will contribute to their personal, professional and social development through simulation. In line with this goal, the main purpose of our project was to encourage participants to gain different perspectives, improve their skills such as communication, leadership and teamwork, and respect cultural differences. To achieve this, we organized simulations with different management styles and teaching methods. In addition, we aimed to provide practical experiences to the participants of the project regarding preparation for business life. The goals of our project exactly coincided with the goals of the Erasmus + program for youth workers. Our project supported youth workers to develop their international cooperation skills, increasing communication, understanding and cooperation between participants from different countries. At the same time, the different teaching methods used in the project enabled youth workers to manage youth projects at an international level more effectively and creatively. Our project also aimed to improve the critical thinking skills of youth workers and increase their ability to be effective in projects. Through simulations and role plays, participants gained experience in different scenarios and improved their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Especially the "Simulation of Preparation for Questions to be Asked in Business Interviews" session contributed to the process of youth workers establishing effective communication in the business world and improving their professional skills. The impacts of our project were not only limited to the participant level, but were also felt at the local, national and international level. Thanks to our project, participants experienced the importance of cooperating with people from different cultures and developed an approach based on tolerance and respect. The simulation on the sustainability of our project increased the participants' skills in project management and sustainability. As a result, our project made positive contributions to the personal, professional and social development of youth workers, while supporting the main goals of the Erasmus+ program in the field of youth. The experiences and skills gained through the simulations allowed the participants to manage more effective and effective youth projects at the international level. In this way, our project provided not only theoretical but also practical experiences to youth workers, contributing to them supporting young people more effectively.
