Our main goal in implementing this project was to develop innovative and practical training materials that could be used in the field of renewable energy. We wanted to enable students and teachers to better understand current industry practices and develop relevant skills. In addition, increasing awareness of renewable energy and promoting the use of sustainable energy were also among our key objectives. Through the modules and training kits developed during the project, we aimed to improve the quality of vocational education, enhance teachers' digital and technical skills, facilitate students’ transition into the labor market, and foster an environmentally conscious mindset. Furthermore, by collaborating with partners from different countries, we aimed to share best practices, strengthen international cooperation, and gain experience in innovative teaching methods and digital content creation.
Our aim in applying for this project was to address the gaps in training and practical application in the field of renewable energy. The existing training kits used in vocational education institutions and in the sector are often too complex or insufficient, making it difficult for teachers and students to develop practical skills. In addition, the rapidly growing demand for a qualified workforce in the energy sector requires more innovative and applicable training materials. Through this project, we aimed to develop more accessible, modular, and practical training sets to enhance the vocational competencies of teachers and students, strengthen cooperation between the education sector and industry, and promote environmental awareness. In order to meet these needs, sharing experiences and transferring best practices through international partnerships is essential.
