Objectives

By initiating this project, our main objective was to raise awareness among young people about the issue of discrimination through a constructive collaboration with our French partners. We aimed to exchange ideas and share experiences on approaches to address this complex issue, focusing primarily on the creation of awareness-raising posters. These posters were designed to convey a powerful message, dismantle negative stereotypes that affect individual and collective identities, and promote inclusive and respectful behavior. On an individual level, we sought to introduce young participants to graphic and artistic creation techniques, enabling them to develop valuable skills that could be applied in their professional paths. By providing an artistic perspective and enriching their portfolios with meaningful work, we aimed to enhance their chances of accessing professional opportunities. The project also sought to boost their self-esteem through creative and collaborative activities that highlighted their abilities and achievements. The experience of discovering daily life and cultural specificities in France offered the young participants an opportunity to broaden their horizons and establish connections beyond national borders. This project also aspired to prepare participants to become agents of change within their communities, equipping them to critically address discrimination, speak about it with accuracy, and effectively deliver their awareness messages. By blending technical learning, cultural exchange, and civic action, the project was designed to empower young people and equip them with the tools needed to face major societal challenges.
