The new Erasmus+ programme for 2021-2027 was launched on 25 March 2021, and it provided millions of opportunities to learn and experience Europe throughout its duration. However, there was a lack of knowledge and insufficient awareness about the new programme 2021-2027 among European youth organizations. There was a need for qualified youth workers who could prepare and initiate high-quality projects to provide opportunities for young people and expand their impact areas. Based on the needs analysis conducted in partnership, the "Youth Work Empowerment In New Erasmus+ 2021-2027" (YWE27) - Mobility of Youth Workers Project was planned. The project aimed to gather 27 youth workers from 9 partner countries to strengthen their skills and competences in theoretical and practical aspects of realizing high-quality youth projects in the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 term. The YWE27 project supported youth workers with theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, and competences that they could put into practice in their organizations through the Erasmus+ new programme 2021-2027.
