Since its inception, the Association "Association for International Public Development"/AMOR/ has had as its main mission: to actively, purposefully and consistently support and develop the potential of young people in Bulgaria, through its specific initiatives aimed at the development of civic education and entrepreneurship, through informal learning methods. The association functions at the national level, having a large-scale internal structure based on central management in the city of Sofia and with branches registered in accordance with Bulgarian legislation in the major regional cities (Burgas, Varna, Stara Zagora). In parallel with this, based on its many years of experience and work in the field, the Association has built a partnership network between local administration - business - NGOs and informal groups in many other cities of the country - Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv, Rakovski, Sandanski, Blagoevgrad, Vidin , Montana, Lovech, Pleven, Nessebar, Gabrovo, etc. Association AMOR has drawn up and adopted "National Strategy 2020-2023", which aims to establish the organization as a leader in the promotion of young people, their active participation and inclusion in the democratic processes of the country and the EU. One of the main mechanisms laid down in the National Strategy of the organization is the national campaign for the "Academy for Young Entrepreneurs, Generators of Innovative Enterprises", which has become a regular youth activity of our organization on a regional, national and European basis (mainly in the areas of Sofia, Burgas and Varna). Within this regular activity of the organization, three unique intellectual products were created, in which the methods of non-formal education and training are strongly advocated. The topics are selected, through a preliminary analysis by the organization's experts, and are combined consistently so as to contribute sustainably to the promotion, support and facilitation of youth participation in the democratic life of Europe at the local, regional, national and European level. The project "Incubators for innovative enterprises" is a natural extension of the organization's activities. The project team is committed to the task of achieving maximum satisfaction of the set goals and objectives. The project life cycle created a sustainable platform "Incubators for Innovative Enterprises" that functioned as a physical and digital space for meetings, dialogue and simulations. The main goals that were defined, set and achieved within the framework of this partnership consortium that realizes this project are: 1. Promoting active youth participation in democratic processes in Europe, by providing young people and talents with opportunities to engage and learn to participate in civil society. Young people should be an object and not just a subject in the creation of policies concerning their present and future. 2. Bringing together youth and decision-makers at local, regional, national and transnational levels. Specific objectives: • Creating conditions for active dialogue for intensive communication with decision-makers, as a key tool for addressing the challenges of active youth participation. • Strengthening the dialogue between institutions - educational structures - business regarding the needs of young people; • Encouraging professional development and career guidance of young people to mobilize their entrepreneurial potential.
