Objectives

The primary goal of implementing this project was to empower young people with enhanced public speaking skills and a profound understanding of their vocal abilities. This project aimed to address the observed lack of confidence and awareness in voice usage among participants from various age groups and countries, as witnessed during the ReConnect with Nature for Inner Peace project. Recognizing the growing reliance on digital communication, the project sought to provide a unique opportunity for young people, particularly 'zoomers', to develop their speaking skills in a supportive environment. The project aimed to prepare them for crucial moments in their lives when they need to use their voice effectively for expressing opinions, presenting alternatives, supporting ideas, or suggesting solutions. The specific objectives of the project were as follows: ● To deeply acquaint participants with the spectrum of their natural vocal abilities. ● To empower participants to be more confident and outspoken in social interactions and public presentations. ● To promote authentic, non-violent self-expression and tolerance, contributing to a healthier society. ● To foster understanding and unity among different nations through cultural exchange and interaction. ● To encourage young people's direct participation in social interactions and adopt a proactive attitude in team settings, regardless of the context. ● To develop creativity, cooperation, and social skills among the participants. ● To improve the mental health of participants by enhancing their understanding of their own abilities and incorporating art therapy. This project was not only a continuation of the message from the previous Erasmus+ experience but also a personal journey for the trainer of the project as a natural public speaker, singer, and songwriter, ready to share experiences and insights into the power and versatility of the human voice.
