Objectives

Objective 1: Empower Youth to Address Gender Issues Our goal was to empower young people to confidently engage in conversations about gender issues and resist societal pressures that shape their lives from an early age. We understood the importance of giving them practical tools and educational resources to deepen their understanding of gender inequality. Objective 2: Raise Awareness of Global Gender Equality Initiatives We sought to raise awareness of global strategies against gender discrimination, like the European Commission's Gender Equality Strategy (2020-2025) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal on gender equality. This would help young people understand their rights and learn about resources available to support them. Objective 3: Promote Cross-Cultural Collaboration By fostering intercultural exchanges, we wanted participants to better grasp the global challenges involved. Sharing best practices would help them develop innovative ways to tackle gender discrimination in different settings. Objective 4: Provide Practical Knowledge on Gender Education Participants received hands-on training in gender education, learning to identify and challenge discrimination, exclusion, and harassment. This helped them build the skills needed to effectively present these issues in educational contexts. Objective 5: Develop Active Volunteers and Advocates We aimed to help participants become empowered advocates who could actively fight gender-based injustices. Engaging them with Erasmus+ and other resources would put them in a strong position to lead and volunteer in their communities. Overall Goal Ultimately, the project was designed to help young people open up discussions on gender equality and work toward a more inclusive society that values everyone, regardless of gender.
