Project Solve it! started as an idea inspired by a crisis situation that occurred on one of our projects. Experiencing crisis situations as junior project managers and trainers, we decided to create a project where we can prepare others for unexpected, uncomfortable situations. We realized the importance of sharing the experience we gathered over the years during project preparations, implementation, and final evaluations with the support of the senior project managers and trainers. Participants had, therefore, the opportunity to learn from our experience based in a non-formal learning setting and through the activities that reflected practice from project implementation. Not only that but they were encouraged to learn from their own experiences and share good and lessons learned. Because each project is unique, we had to cover a wide range of topics to meet the project's objectives. The project focused on different aspects of communication and further on its elements. Through that, we addressed communication and presentation skills as tools for leadership related to project organization.
