The aim of the project is to obtain the largest possible body of available theoretical work on the role of the civilian in providing first aid during a humanitarian crisis. Using this comprehensive knowledge base, create a training program that will enable any volunteer, regardless of their background or sending organization, to acquire the appropriate soft and hard skills so that, if necessary, they can provide care in an appropriate manner within their family, community or parent organization.
In cooperation with professionals from the integrated intervention system, we know how uncoordinated activities of the population can complicate the situation. Regardless of the fact that in most cases the assistance is really sincerely targeted, it very often employs units where they are not primarily needed and drains the labor pool outside the areas of urgent intervention.
