Inclusion of marginalised young people

Objectives

Through this youth exchange, 42 participants had the task of strengthening the social approach for the marginalized and created activities in order to bring these target citizens closer to the open society. Participants investigated and created opportunities for equal access to non-formal learning, youth activism, education, health care, sports and job opportunities. Through this youth exchange, the participants improved and strengthened their capacities in the process of cooperation and work with marginalized people. This cooperation promoted more space, opportunities and incentives for international dialogue to combat social isolation of these people and create methods to support these people. Methods for social motivation and support of marginalized youth and their active participation in decision-making processes, promotion of equal rights and well-being will be promoted. Through this cooperation, the organizations created an international network for long-term cooperation that is expected to produce new Erasmus + opportunities for young people. Through this cooperation, the organizations improved their organizational capacities and were promoted as social centers for support of the marginalized. In the field of youth work, it is expected that the number of new volunteers, youth leaders and young members will increase and that the organizations will be more attractive to the public and will provide greater support to young people with fewer opportunities after the completion of the project and its promotion. Through the presentation of the project, it is expected that the collaborators (institutions and individuals) will improve their behavior towards the marginalized and will provide them with greater support in the process of promotion and adaptation in an open society and in the process of discrimination and promotion they will be motivated to actively participate in the cooperation process and Erasmus+ cooperation. The project represented positive practice in the process of youth activism and will encourage the marginalized to be actively involved in socialization and affirmation in society. Through this cooperation new ideas for active youth activism to combat discrimination and the exit practices, methodologies and solutions to be implemented in practice by the organizations were defined and created. The marginalized youth from this project are promoted as future youth leaders and educators who will promote opportunities in the field of special inclusion in future activities, Erasmus+ opportunities and everyday life. The project was promoted as a positive practice by external collaborators in order to motivate them to produce new ideas and methodologies for social inclusion and support of the marginalized.
