Objectives

The objectives of the project were aimed at supporting and empowering young people, particularly in the challenging context of the coronavirus pandemic, war, and climate change. The specific goals were: 1. **Supporting Young People in Gaining Serenity:** The project aimed to help young individuals from five countries find peace and serenity during these tumultuous times. 2. **Increasing Self-Awareness:** It focused on providing the youth with a deeper understanding of their identities and selves. 3. **Identity Exploration and Expression:** The project was designed to help participants discover the elements that form their identity and equip them to articulate these aspects to others. 4. **Cultural Differences and Acceptance:** Another key objective was to develop the ability of participants to identify, reflect on, and manage cultural differences, thereby fostering a greater acceptance of diversity. 5. **Realization of Individuality and Social Contribution:** The project aimed to assist participants in recognizing their unique individuality and expressing their needs and contributions to society. Additionally, the project focused on several specific aspects aligned with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program: - Utilizing music as a universal language for communication and social integration. - Creating awareness of global cultural heterogeneity. - Promoting inclusivity, respect for diversity, and interreligious dialogue by studying various cultural expressions. - Encouraging a healthy lifestyle, including sports, yoga, and meditation. - Fostering new artistic and creative skills among participants. - Enhancing communication skills through art, music, and dance. - Promoting the principles of the Erasmus+ program and the use of the YouthPass tool for non-formal learning. - Strengthening partnerships and opening doors to international collaborations. The overarching aim was to involve participants actively in their development, encourage them to undertake their own new projects and provide them with tools for artistic expression, critical thinking, and youth initiative. The diversity of the participants' backgrounds was seen as an opportunity to enrich the project with cultural diversity and shared values.
