Bullying and violence cases are in different places outside or inside families, in educational system and working places. This is not easy problem which can be solved by one action. Youth workers often has not enough experience to answer the needs to this target group also not many projects are organized for the youth workers to get skills and experiences. The objectives of the project was to train youth workers involved in formal and non-formal education to developing their personal and professional skills on HRE and provide them with methodology which empowers the youth to speak up against bullying cases, makes young people recognize their violent behaviors and supports the youth with fewer opportunities inclusion and participation in social, cultural and educational activities; to improve the quality of youth work, methodologies working with young offenders and bullied people; to promoting good practices and actions taken against bullying, improve further skills of youth workers and promote quality youth work to this direction.
