This Partnership Building Activity emerged by the need to create a strong partnership which would focus on quality youth work and effective non-formal education. We found this as a base for an inclusive project which fostered inclusion of vulnerable groups such as: LGBTIQ+, migrants, refugees, Roma, people from poor or rural areas etc. We wanted to bring organisations from different regions such as the EU, the Balkans, the Caucasus and the MENA region to exchange knowledge and information, to cooperate and network as well as to create long-term partnerships that would enable them to implement quality youth work locally and internationally. The focus of the PBA was creating Key Action 2 projects which will support the development of project writers and project managers to develop projects with longer impact. The objectives of our project were: - To bring together organisations working with young people from marginalised groups in inclusive projects (Erasmus+ /ESC) to network - To exchange good practices regarding quality project management and sustainability of projects for inclusion and combating discrimination, hate speech and radicalization - To promote the Erasmus+ program and European democratic values in youth work. Specific objective of this Partnership Building Activity was: - To create at least 4 project proposals in both sub actions of Key Action 2
