Our project "Youth Workers Now More Sportive" was developed with the main goal of keeping young people away from technology addiction and teaching them how to make more efficient and healthy use of the internet. It also aimed to encourage young people to be more active and partake in more sports-based activities through youth workers and youth organizations. The following methods were used to ensure the achievement of our goal: Increased the knowledge and awareness of both young people and youth workers about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Increased the trend of healthy living among young people as a whole. Helped turn technology from a hindrance to an active and healthy lifestyle, to something that actually supported these things. Helped young people make better overall use of technology and guided them away from the danger that is technology addiction. Used the impact of social media to promote healthy lifestyles. Guided young people and informed them about sports and healthy lifestyles. Increased the skills of youth workers when it came to handling events relating to sports and a healthy lifestyle and non-formal education. Encouraged productivity in young people, steering them away from consumerism. Informed young people and got them interested in new healthy hobbies. Shared project results within communities, helping the project have a global impact and ensuring the development of future projects pertaining to sports and a healthy lifestyle. Spread awareness and knowledge about the Erasmus+ Programme and encouraged young people to take advantage of the opportunities it provided.
