Through our project, "Sustainable Economy for Environmental Change," we accomplished several significant outcomes. We deepened participants' understanding of environmental challenges and their root causes. By fostering open discussions, we generated innovative ideas for addressing these challenges while considering economic growth. Sharing best practices among participants facilitated cross-cultural learning and inspired strategies for sustainable development. We promoted inclusivity by involving young leaders from diverse backgrounds, enriching the conversation with varied perspectives. Our project motivated participants to take active roles in driving positive changes for environmental development in their countries. We achieved this by nurturing a sense of initiative and encouraging them to become agents of change. The development of educational materials on circular economy concepts contributed to raising awareness both locally and internationally. Additionally, the collaborative network of organizations that we built lays the foundation for future eco-friendly initiatives, ensuring a lasting impact beyond the project's duration. Main objectives of the project were: -Understanding of existing problems and their causes, exploring possible solutions. -Encourage open discussions and generate ideas to tackle environmental decline alongside economic growth. -Create a space for participants to share best practices from their local societies. -Involve young leaders from minority groups in various European and neighboring countries. -Increase young people's sense of initiative and motivation for environmental development in their countries. -Develop and distribute educational materials (toolkit) to help stakeholders understand circular economy and sustainable economic growth. -Create a network of like-minded organizations and individuals interested in further cooperation in eco-friendly activities.
