We wanted to inspire our youth workers to engage more youth and to work more inclusively by adapting a versatile approach in sports. We aimed at equipping them with skills to design and adjust physical activites according to participants level, in order to make it fun, and accesible for all (inclusive). We also intended to grow an awareness of how to integrate personal set of values and activate them in youth work. We set up a program that should train our youth leaders management skills, to develop initiative and local projects, and to improve their communication and corporative skills, and to be ambassadors for an active lifestyle. The project has a focus on fun and social relations in youth work, rather than compettion and talent, and we ran the project with the intention to influence our youth workers to reflect on their priorities in this direction.
