Our main objective was to develop new services for partner organizations to enhance their capacity for sustainable youth work. Specifically, we aimed to achieve the following goals: -Develop participating organizations' financial awareness and capacity. -Raise awareness about social entrepreneurship in local communities and partner networks. -Strengthen youngsters' employability in communities through new inclusive services. -Create three service models that can be applied in various youth work organizations.
We applied for this project "SEerving youngsters" to address the growing challenges faced by youth organizations in effectively managing their resources and delivering impactful youth work. The needs we aimed to address included reducing the excessive time spent on project management tasks, enhancing the sustainability of youth work initiatives, and fostering more direct engagement with young people.
