Over the years, we had the chance to participate in a variety of seminars and training sessions all around Europe, Africa, South and North America. Our participation in European Solidarity Corps, Training Courses, Seminars, Youth Exchanges, and International Volunteering Workcamps granted us valuable and relevant experience. Throughout all these endeavors, we encountered inspiring and talented Youth Workers, activists, and authors who implemented high-quality programs for their society. However, we found out that the majority of them lacked the necessary tools and "know-how" to effectively reach their target audience and exchange ideas, particularly concerning Female Entrepreneurship. We believed that there was a shortage of young entrepreneurs among the youth, who are eager to take the initiative and explore new paths as active young entrepreneurs. As a result, we launched this project to assist in developing a new generation of Young Female Entrepreneurs while simultaneously addressing this problem. Our world's rapid transition has been a significant challenge for young people. In the following approaches, our project addressed all of the previously mentioned issues. Considering the challenges we identified over the past years through our active participation in Erasmus+ as an organization and individually, we sought to create an open space and provide young people with the opportunity to become familiar with the concept of Female Entrepreneurship and its particular advantages for them and their societies. After thorough brainstorming with our partner organizations, we came up with the following objectives that we believed could support our endeavor. Therefore, the following were the particular objectives of the Youth Exchange: To assist young people in becoming more aware of Female Entrepreneurship. To equip young people with all the necessary skills and competencies to make them feel more confident regarding their initiatives. To offer participants up-to-date and precise information, knowledge, and abilities that will encourage them to facilitate similar initiatives in the near future. To develop a network of like-minded organizations as well as individuals interested in Female Entrepreneurship. To employ the skills and information acquired in this Youth Exchange to create follow-up endeavors. To raise awareness regarding the circular economy theory. To enhance the local community financially, socially, and environmentally through the activities that were implemented. To promote non-formal education practices and approaches related to the topic. To promote sustainable lifestyles and practices through appropriate workshops and presentation of related actions. To involve real sustainable actions throughout the project. To promote the European Voluntary Service program (both co-founders of GYM had participated in ESC in Mexico and Paraguay, respectively). We believed that by achieving all of the previously mentioned objectives, we would be able to provide young people with the necessary skills and competencies to become more confident regarding entrepreneurial initiatives, as well as more engaged citizens at large. We were confident that by completing this project, young people would gain confidence in taking the initiative and have a better understanding of leadership responsibilities, which would improve their critical thinking and other soft skills. Moreover, given that entrepreneurial ideas and actions were the ones that could make a difference in people's lives, not solely financially, we believed that this project had the potential to positively change the lives of the participants and then assist all stakeholders in different ways. As a result, this project would make a substantial contribution to the local area's social, environmental, and economic growth. However, the project's dynamics, as well as the efficient and effective distribution of its findings, could help local communities in areas where partner organizations operated. As a result, the impact that this project could have was potentially significant.
