Italy, Spain and Macedonia, 3 countries that in recent years have recorded a high rate of unemployment and the presence of NEETs. With this project we wanted to make young people reflect on this problem, possible causes and consequences, and promote self-empowerment useful to exploit in a future job placement. More specifically: - Acquire new knowledge by relating to culturally diverse young people, thus promoting cultural awareness and acceptance. In the world of work, knowing how to work in a multicultural context is a highly appreciated skill; - Development of transversal skills, very useful for job placement (communication skills, teamwork, even in an intercultural environment, positive thinking, critical thinking, perseverance, creative mental attitude to solve any problem); - To make young people reflect on a problem, that of unemployment and NEETs, which is deeply felt in our countries and in our realities and to promote self-empowerment and the entrepreneurial spirit. Being involved in the debate on the growth of a united, diverse and healthy Europe also allowed them to develop a sense of active citizenship; - Promote knowledge of spoken and written English, another fundamental skill for those who aspire to find work; - For leaders and moderator to increase their ability to manage a group of young people and manage activities with a non-formal methodology.
